🧾 سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

عميلنا العزيز،

في حال رغبتكم في استبدال أو استرجاع الطلب بعد استلامه من شركة الشحن، يتم ذلك من خلال فرع المبيعات الخاص بنا والكائن في:
📍 ٣٣ شارع محمد حسنين هيكل – مدينة نصر – القاهرة

مع مراعاة الشروط التالية:

  • أن يكون المنتج بنفس حالته الأصلية التي تم البيع بها، بما في ذلك التغليف الخارجي (الكرتونة) والتغليف الداخلي (الاسترتش)، دون فتح أو إزالة أي منهما.
  • ألا يكون المنتج قد تم استخدامه.
  • أن يتم طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال مدة أقصاها ١٤ يومًا من تاريخ الشراء.
  • يجب إحضار بوليصة الشحن (Shipping Waybill) أو فاتورة الشراء (Invoice) لإتمام العملية.

🧍‍♂️ في حالة المعاينة أثناء التسليم:

إذا لم يكن المنتج مناسبًا للعميل، يمكن إرجاعه فورًا مع المندوب مع دفع مصاريف الشحن كاملة.
