Return Policy
Dear Customer,
If you wish to exchange or return your order after receiving it from the shipping company, this can be done through our sales branch, located at:
📍 33 Mohamed Hassanein Heikal Street – Nasr City – Cairo
Please make sure the following conditions are met:
- The product must be in its original condition, including the external packaging (carton box) and the internal stretch wrap, without removing or opening any of them.
- The product must not have been used.
- The exchange or return request must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- You must provide the Shipping Waybill (بوليصة الشحن) or Invoice when visiting the branch.
Inspection upon delivery:
If the item is not suitable during delivery, you may return it immediately with the courier, while paying the full shipping cost.
⚠️ Please note that inspection must be done in the presence of the courier,
as any exchange or return request afterward will be handled only through the branch.

مع مراعاة الشروط التالية:
- أن يكون المنتج بنفس حالته الأصلية التي تم البيع بها، بما في ذلك التغليف الخارجي (الكرتونة) والتغليف الداخلي (الاسترتش)، دون فتح أو إزالة أي منهما.
- ألا يكون المنتج قد تم استخدامه.
- أن يتم طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال مدة أقصاها ١٤ يومًا من تاريخ الشراء.
- يجب إحضار بوليصة الشحن (Shipping Waybill) أو فاتورة الشراء (Invoice) لإتمام العملية.
في حالة المعاينة أثناء التسليم:
إذا لم يكن المنتج مناسبًا للعميل، يمكن إرجاعه فورًا مع المندوب مع دفع مصاريف الشحن كاملة.
