Return Policy

Dear Customer,

If you wish to exchange or return your order after receiving it from the shipping company, this can be done through our sales branch, located at:

📍 33 Mohamed Hassanein Heikal Street – Nasr City – Cairo

Please make sure the following conditions are met:

• The product must be in its original condition, including the external packaging (carton box) and the internal stretch wrap, without removing or opening any of them.

• The product must not have been used.
• The exchange or return request must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.

• You must provide the Shipping Waybill (بوليصة الشحن) or Invoice when visiting the branch.

Inspection upon delivery:

If the item is not suitable during delivery, you may return it immediately with the courier, while paying the full shipping cost.

⚠️ Please note that inspection must be done in the presence of the courier,

as any exchange or return request afterward will be handled only through the branch.
